Meet Liz Moens, Founder
The Well Source began slowly. It wasn’t a business idea—it was a feeling. A need for information I couldn’t find. A gap I could sense but couldn’t quite put into words.
That gap became curiosity. Curiosity became education. Education became a quiet questioning of the status quo—and, over time, that questioning led me to something deeper: a passion.
My path to The Well Source was unexpected. It formed alongside my own journey of trying to feel better. For nearly a decade, I struggled with persistent digestive symptoms. I was misdiagnosed multiple times and placed on medications that had nothing to do with what my body was actually experiencing. After two frightening trips to the ER and an exploratory procedure, I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.
Even after my diagnosis, the journey didn’t get easier. I struggled for years with nutrition and nutrient deficiencies, often relying on support groups or trial and error to guide me. I was forced to slow down—to listen. At the time, I didn’t even know what I was listening for.
As a wife and mother of three, my time and energy were already stretched thin. On top of my autoimmune condition, I began experiencing metabolic disruption and hormone imbalance. Prioritizing my health felt nearly impossible.
You might think that with the abundance of information available today, finding answers would be easier—but for me, it had the opposite effect. The sheer volume of advice, opinions, and solutions made it harder to discern what felt right. I struggled to find guidance that wasn’t influenced by hidden agendas or product-driven messaging. It was overwhelming to navigate.
I knew I wanted to support my healing as naturally as possible—through food, nervous system regulation, and herbal support. While this approach isn’t right for everyone, it was what resonated deeply with me. Still, I found that this space can be polarizing and difficult to navigate without grounded, trustworthy information.
That tension—the confusion, the overwhelm, the need for clarity—pushed me to seek a deeper understanding for myself. I wanted an education that would help me make sense of where I was and how to find my way back to balance.
Through my studies in integrative nutrition, herbalism, and deeply personal spiritual work, I began to see the intricate ways the mind, body, and spirit are connected. I came to understand not only the importance of this knowledge—but the importance of putting it back into the hands of individuals.
We have forgotten that we know ourselves best.
The Well Source is not about telling you what to do, what to believe, or how to live. It’s not about selling you a solution.
It’s about offering knowledge, tools, support, and community—so you can make informed decisions that feel right for you.
It is rooted in the belief that each of us is a unique system. And while we share common threads, the path to healing and balance will look different for everyone.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for trusting us.
We are honored to be a part of your story.
