Wellness support that sees the whole you
At The Well Source, we believe wellness is more than symptoms, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all advice.
The Well Source is an online space where thoughtful, evidence-informed guidance meets a deeper understanding of the whole self—body, mind, and the quieter parts we don’t always have language for.

Meet the Founders
Liz Moens
After years of struggling with digestive issues, autoimmune disease, hormone imbalance, and conflicting health information, I found myself overwhelmed by conventional approaches that often overlooked the body as a whole. Her experiences led her to explore integrative nutrition, herbalism, nervous system support, and the deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Kasha Hennes
My journey into wellness began nearly twenty years ago after losing two close family members to cancer far too young. What started as quiet curiosity eventually became a lifelong pursuit of understanding the body, healing, and the connection between mind, environment, and overall well-being. Through experiences ranging from working on a cattle ranch in Colorado to becoming a mother, studying holistic nutrition and herbalism, and launching her own herbal beverage company, she developed a deep appreciation for living in alignment with nature and supporting the body as an interconnected whole.
